Celebrating 8 Years Old Friendship
One of my besties named Sari, she lives thousands miles away from island where I live. Around 1 hour and 45 minutes if it is converted into flight time. I met her for the first time in Bandung, thanks to Australia Youth Exchange Program that made this happen. I knew she would be my best friend after came across her well-crafted writing . She can’t stop proofread any sentences she found, exactly like a grammar police. She is super witty, hilarious and sharp. These traits beautifully paint my serious life. Every time we met, we are not good at telling something on the surface, we dive deep, touch the ocean floor and make it into the Earth core. We share our books, our family and our friends, those things that we both treasure. Now our friendship is about 8 years old, a few months ago she visited me to celebrate that special age.
