5 Best Camping Spots in Lombok
When I was in primary, I joined scout girl. This club gave my first camping experience. It tested my wings as a young student. It has built up my curiosity toward nature to listen, to love and to enjoy it. Here are five best spots that you can camp at in Lombok.
Along the trek,
Rinjani provides various ranges of spot from the alley to hill top or by the
lake to waterfall front area.
If you want to
enjoy Rinjani from different view, Pergasingan is one of the best choices.
Every week this place is always filled by visitors. Its height reaches 1700
meters above sea level. Night sky with thousands stars up Rinjani will
accompany your night.
3. Nauli Bungalow
Spending some
nights at Nauli camping ground will spoil you with natural beauty. Rinjani just
stands before you. At the back, Pergasingan, Dara and other hills are in line
which create perfect fusion of Nauli Camping Ground. If you feel lazy to cook,
food with local and international standard is available here.
4. Setangi Beach
Setangi Beach is
the perfect spot for sunset. Sometimes some motor gliding like to do practice
around this beach. This camping ground can be a perfect place for ocean lover. It
is located around 25 minutes drive from Senggigi.
5. Gili Bidara
Gili Bidara lies
on the eastern sea of Lombok. It only hosts a few fisherman families. In the
morning you can enjoy sunrise and watch fisherman wives dry their fish in the
afternoon.
That's what impressed me to explore lombok and find out its hidden beauty.
